1. Independent Informational Platform (Non-Government Entity)

Gramin Seva is an independent digital information and utility platform and is NOT an official government entity, agency, or ministry.

  • Our Service acts strictly as an informational intermediary that aggregates, simplifies, and presents publicly accessible data regarding government welfare schemes, recruitment notifications, rural development programs, and agricultural commodity rates (Mandi Bhav).
  • All data is compiled from public government sources (including data.gov.in, agmarknet.gov.in, and official recruitment portals).
  • We do not charge any fee for government schemes or job applications. Any formal application, registration, or fee payment must be conducted directly on the official government websites.

2. Permitted Use of Service

You agree to use our Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial informational purposes. You agree NOT to:

  • Use any automated scraping, crawler, or extraction tools to harvest data from the Service without written authorization.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or compromise the security architecture of the mobile application or backend servers.
  • Transmit or upload any malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Misrepresent yourself or impersonate any person, entity, or government official while using our contact or support features.

3. Accuracy of Information & User Verification

  • Informational Nature: While we make continuous efforts to provide updated and verified information, government recruitment dates, eligibility criteria, exam schedules, syllabus details, and welfare scheme policies are subject to change by official authorities without prior notice.
  • Mandatory Official Verification: Users are strictly advised to verify all critical notifications, application deadlines, eligibility criteria, and fee structures from the original official government notification or department portal before taking any action.
  • Agricultural Rates: Mandi Bhav (crop prices) displayed in the app are approximate modal, minimum, and maximum wholesale market figures sourced via government open data feeds. Actual spot transactions in local market yards may vary based on quality, moisture, and local trading factors.

4. Third-Party Links and Official Portals

Our Service provides outward hyperlinks to external third-party portals (e.g., pmkisan.gov.in, joinindianarmy.nic.in, state recruitment boards). When you click on these action links, you will navigate away from our application to the respective external website.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

6. Advertisements and Monetization

To keep the Gramin Seva mobile application and web services completely free for farmers, students, and citizens, third-party advertisements (such as Google AdMob) may be displayed within the Service. Interaction with any advertisement or sponsored link is at the user\'s sole discretion and governed by the advertising partner\'s respective policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gramin Seva, its creators, developers, and administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

  • Any technical errors, inaccuracies, delays, or omissions in the displayed data.
  • Rejection of any application, missed exam deadlines, or financial loss incurred on third-party portals.
  • Temporary service interruptions, server downtime, or network failures.
